If a delivery can’t be made because you weren’t present during your scheduled delivery time, we’ll try to contact you. If you think you missed your delivery, call us at 02 9602 2122
There may be a cancellation fee involved.

 

 

Next Day Deliveries

 

For next day deliveries, orders are required BEFORE 3PM, otherwise it will be treated as the following day delivery. 

 

 

Late deliveries

 

Sometimes there are delays beyond our control. Flat tyres, traffic jams or bad weather can hold us up. We’ll inform you of any potential delay as soon as possible.
